Common questions
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A single socket or a light fitting is fine. If we’re nearby we’ll often slot it in the same week.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not for quotes. For emergency call-outs it’s £85 for the first hour (£120 after 8pm and at weekends), then by the half hour.
Will I get a certificate?
Every notifiable job is registered with building control through our scheme, and you get an Electrical Installation Certificate by email.
Can you do the EICR while my tenants are in?
Yes. We arrange access with them directly if you like, and the power is only off for short spells.
How much mess will a rewire make?
Some, honestly. We lift floorboards and chase walls, but we sheet everything, hoover each day and leave the house safe to sleep in every night.
